2. Booking & Payments

Bookings are confirmed only upon full or partial payment as specified at the time of reservation. Payment methods include bank transfers, UPI, cards, or any other accepted mode.

 

3. Pricing & Inclusions

All prices are quoted in INR unless otherwise stated. Inclusions/exclusions are clearly mentioned in the travel itinerary or quotation. Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations or changes in third-party costs.

 

4. Cancellation, Amendments & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Charges vary based on supplier terms.

  • Amendments are subject to availability and additional charges.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed based on supplier terms, minus processing fees. Visa and documentation charges are non-refundable.

 

5. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and health requirements for travel. TRAVEL AT BLUE assists with guidance but does not guarantee approvals.

 

6. Liability Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy and excellence, TRAVEL AT BLUE shall not be held liable for disruptions, delays, or cancellations caused by third parties, natural calamities, political situations, or force majeure events.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and visuals on our website are the property of TRAVEL AT BLUE and may not be copied or used without permission.

 

8. Assistance for Elderly & Disabled Travellers 

At TRAVEL AT BLUE, we strive to make travel accessible and enjoyable for all. If any member of your group requires special assistance due to age or disability, we kindly request the lead passenger to inform us at the time of enquiry and prior to confirming any reservation. This ensures we can assess the suitability of the travel arrangements and make necessary provisions to support comfort, safety, and accessibility throughout the journey.

9. Complaints & Incident Reporting 

We aim to deliver seamless experiences, but should any issue arise during your travel, we request that it be reported immediately to the concerned local service provider to allow on-the-spot resolution. For formal complaints, please email us with full details within a reasonable timeframe after your return. This helps us address concerns thoroughly and continue improving our service quality.
